Terms and Conditions
All items are handmade and slight imperfections are normal and part of the unique quality of my hand crafted products. Small dust flecks and fingerprints even with the utmost care are sometimes unavoidable. I take extreme care when making all my jewellery and will only ever offer items for sale that I would wear myself.
Colour variance between the photographed product on your screen and what you see in real life unfortunately cannot always be helped. This is due to the variance in colour temperature and brightness between different screens and monitors. All pieces are photographed in natural light conditions to give the best reflection of their true colour.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be given to items already dispatched for hygiene reasons.
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the items received please contact me via email at happy.fox.designs.au@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve any issues.
If in the unfortunate event of damage in transit (though extremely unlikely) I will offer replacement where possible, or a full refund. Photographic evidence will be required within 48 hrs of delivery with no exceptions. This will be verified using the tracking information provided by Australia Post.
Breakages or damage incurred outside of this time period will not be replaced as these should generally only occur due to unnecessary force or pressure on the polymer clay components. If cared for correctly this should not happen.
Unfortunately in some environments (usually hot and humid) the glue used to secure the earring posts can weaken and posts can come off unexpectedly. The glue I use is high quality and used by jewellery makers all over the world. In the event of this happening please contact me and I will provide you recommendations of how you can repair your earrings.
